What to include
- Which app you're using, and its version if you know it.
- Your device and its software version, for example iPhone 16 on iOS 26 or Pixel 9 on Android 16.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the problem.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from. For a refund, ask Apple for App Store purchases or Google Play for Android purchases. If you get stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
Deleting your data
Deleting an app removes the data it stored on your device. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us. The details are in the privacy policy.
