We collect as little as possible and never sell what we collect. This policy applies to this website and to all apps and services published by 432Byte LLC.
The short version: no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, no selling your data. Questions go to hello@432byte.com.
Who we are
432Byte LLC ("432Byte", "we", "us") is an independent software company based in Florida, USA. We publish apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and we run this website at 432byte.com.
What we collect
Only what an app needs to do its job. If an app stores your data, it stays on your device or in your own iCloud or Google account unless we clearly say otherwise in that app's store listing and on this page.
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't show third-party ads.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Third parties
Our apps run on Apple's and Google's platforms and may use their services, such as iCloud, StoreKit, Google Play Billing, and the crash and diagnostic reports those platforms offer. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your payment card details. Those services follow Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
This website
This website doesn't show ads. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
How long we keep things
We keep emails for as long as we need them to help you, and delete them when you ask. Data an app stores on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app.
Your choices
You can delete an app's data by deleting the app. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email hello@432byte.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our apps aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below. If an app ever needs to handle data differently, we'll say so here and in that app's store listing before it does.
